We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and delivery time slots are limited. Please schedule your delivery at checkout by selecting your preferred delivery date and time. All deliveries are completed within a 2-hour delivery window and arrive fully inflated, weighted, assembled, and securely packaged (when applicable), delivered by an Events By RURU team member.

Delivery is available throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Please review our eligible delivery zones before placing your order. Deliveries can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance, and we strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.

While we do our best to accommodate your selected window, delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. To avoid any delays affecting your event, we recommend scheduling delivery and/or setup well before your event start time. Deliveries and setups may arrive at any point within the selected 2-hour window.

Requests to reroute or reschedule are subject to availability and may require an additional delivery and/or setup fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellation is available up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date (excluding floral items, if applicable). After this period, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Float time can vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Please remove balloons from bags immediately upon delivery—leaving them bagged can reduce float time. Balloons taken outdoors are not guaranteed due to wind, sunlight, and temperature changes.

Important Notes

Hot/cold air, humidity, direct sunlight, high altitude, and airflow from fans/vents can reduce float time. Sun can cause popping, and cold can cause temporary shrinking.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Events By RURU as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, based on availability, offer a replacement or provide a store credit (or refund when applicable).

To help maintain quality and maximize longevity, please follow these care guidelines:

• Keep balloons in a space with stable, indoor temperatures.
• Avoid extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and placement near windows, flames, heaters, or air vents/fans.
• Ceiling balloons are not recommended for very high ceilings, as performance and placement may be impacted.
• This item is designed for indoor use only. If used outdoors, Events By RURU cannot offer replacements, refunds, or credits due to uncontrollable conditions.
• Avoid installing near popcorn ceilings, raw wood, or brick, as these surfaces can cause balloons to pop. Events By RURU is not responsible for popping caused by incompatible surfaces.
• For best results, ceiling balloons should be delivered and used the same day as the event. We are not responsible for deflation or popping if used the day after delivery.
• Before placing your order, please confirm your venue’s policy on ceiling balloons (some venues have restrictions).
