Events By Ruru does not sell uninlfated balloons. All of our balloons and party decor is designed to be enjoyed immediately. Products online are sold as they are shown and described.

Helium is included in the cost of all balloon bouquets and balloons that are designed to float. Each product listed online is designated with whether it is filled with helium or air.

Personalized messages can be added to your balloon, which you can add directly on the product page, if applicable. If you are looking to custom design, please request a quote for your event.

The cost for an order will include the cost of the balloons, florals, party supplies or other material the product consists of. For balloon orders, this will include the ribbon, weight, assembly, protective solution and helium or air, if applicable. For florals, this will include the vase, if applicable. Your order will include the sales tax, stylist fee, custom fee and delivery fee, if applicable. Other fees may be applied depending on your order which will be defined at checkout.

When a Events By Ruru stylist is required to assist in placing an order due to customization outside Events By Ruru’s standard inventory or designs, a 10% custom fee will be charged. This applies towards custom design requests as well as any order requiring additional materials and resources that are not offered directly online.

Our design studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

You can easily make changes or cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your scheduled order date, except for custom requests. Custom request and floral orders are final and non-refundable. Delivery times can only be modified based on availability and must be done 5 days before their scheduled date. If your order is not fulfilled due to a Force Majeure, as described in Section 32 of our Terms and Conditions, solely a credit will be issued. If your order is not fulfilled due to a non related Force Majeure circumstance, a refund will be issued. Cancellations must be done via email by emailing sales@eventsbyruru.com.

Helium-filled latex balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Each product listing includes the estimated float time for that particular arrangement in the description. When ordering balloons, we recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your event. Foil balloons may float past your event date. Indoor float times do not apply once balloons are taken outside.

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant which is used to coat the inside surface of a latex balloon in order to reduce the speed of deflation. When used, float times can increase but are not guaranteed and is non-toxic and water soluble.

Events By Ruru guarantees that your balloons will be delivered in good condition, but float times are not guaranteed. Helium-filled latex balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Changing conditions mean that on some balloons may float for only one day, and on other occasions the same balloons may float for several. Events By Ruru is not responsible for any products installed or taken outdoors.

For the best outcome, Events By Ruru recommends having your balloon order avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heated surfaces, sharp objects, tiled, wood, or popcorn ceilings. For ceiling balloons, it is recommended to release the balloons one at a time.
