Shipping & Delivery Policy – Events by RuRu (Balloon Decor)

At Events by RuRu, we offer both local delivery and pickup options for all balloon decor orders.

1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver across Naperville, Chicagoland, and surrounding suburbs.
- Delivery availability is based on zip code and will be confirmed at checkout.

2. Delivery Timing
- Customers can select preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
- We offer:
  - Same-day delivery (subject to availability)
  - Scheduled future delivery
- Delivery windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or route optimization.

3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size.
- Free delivery may be offered for qualifying orders or promotions.

4. Setup & Placement
- Delivery includes placement of balloon decor at the doorstep, lobby, or designated area.
- Full setup/styling inside the space is not included unless explicitly selected.

5. Customer Responsibility
- Customer must ensure:
  - Correct delivery address and contact details
  - Someone is available to receive the order (if required)
- If no one is available, the order may be left at the location at customer’s risk.

6. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no access, or unavailability:
  - Re-delivery fees will apply
  - No refunds will be issued

7. Pickup Orders
- Pickup is available from our designated location.
- Customer must pick up within the scheduled time window.
- We are not responsible for damage once items leave our premises.

8. Weather Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to:
  - Heat
  - Cold
  - Wind
  - Rain
- Outdoor balloon deliveries are at customer’s risk.
